We pride ourselves on our legal expertise. The firm's lead attorney, Gordon M. Fauth, Jr., has a cutting edge background in complex litigation, with considerable experience in civil litigation, including class-action and anti-trust litigation, consumer litigation, civil rights, personal injury and business litigation. He has successfully prosecuted many actions in which multi-million dollar results were achieved.

Mr. Fauth received his undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard University and his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Fauth was an associate at the law firm of Girard & Green, LLP. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Fauth was a partner in the law firm of Green Fauth & Jigarjian, LLP. He now runs his own firm and is also active in various legal and public interest organizations.

Mr. Fauth is admitted to practice before both California and Federal courts, including all California trial courts; the California Court of Appeals; the California Supreme Court; the United State District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California; the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits; and the United States Supreme Court. He has filed briefs with the California Supreme Court and the Unites States Supreme Court. Mr. Fauth is a recognized member of professional organizations including the California Bar Association, the Alameda County Bar Association, and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. He is counsel for the Asian American Legal Foundation. He is President of the Americian Legal Rights Foundation. He is an Advisory Board Member of the American Bar Association.

Other associated or on-call attorneys include a former DA and other attorneys with extensive experience in diverse areas of litigation, including criminal law and complex litigation. We typically arrange to have at least two attorneys on each case, so that an attorney will always be available for hearings and any unexpected matters that may arise. While based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have working relationships with law firms in other parts of the nation.
